Santosham oration in memory of the founder Dr.M. Santosham who was one of the early member of the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Rajan Santosham has been nominated as the regent for the American College of Chest Physicians, India. "Dr.M.SANTOSHAM ORATION" on Wednesday, 12th February 2003 at Madras Medical College, Chennai. 1. Dr. Roy Santosham invited the audience & guests. 2. Dr. Ravi.T. Santosham spoke about Dr. Mathuram ------ founder of SCA & one of the earliest Indian fellow of ACCP. Dr.Udaya Prakash, President ACCP delivered the oration and talked on "Bronchoscopy" He was felicitated by being awarded the Honorary fellowship of INDIAN ASSOCIATION OF CARDIO VASCULAR- THORACIC SURGEONS Mr.Richard Haynes, American Consul General gave the key note address. Dr.P. Vijalakshmi, Dean Madras Medical College Presided over the function. Dr.V.K.Vijayan Regent ACCP, India, introduced the speaker Dr.Udaya Prakash. Dr. Rajan Santosham Governor ACCP South India, thanked the gathering. Dr. Santosham Family Coordinated the function.
